I used to be the type of person who would only go with one specific agent because the evil I knew was better than the evil I didn't know. There is some evil out there! I decided it was time for a change so I searched for a different agent, the first one I found was atrocious. The his way or no way type. The second was Sebastian. I was a little skeptical because he's very young.
I decided to give him a try after speaking to him. Sebastian wowed me with his bright and caring attitude from the start. I lead the poor guy around for hours on wild goose chases because I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I was often late only to be greeted with a smile. He's very knowledgeable and realistic. After I found our home Sebastian stopped in for a coffee and a very personal gift just to see how things were going. He's hands down the BEST real estate agent I've ever had.
